Ticket Information
- Maximum of 4 (four) tickets per person will be allowed to purchase.
- Exchanges or refunds of the purchased tickets will be possible until the day before the show date. Certain amount of fee will occur according to the date of refund. (For more detailed information, please refer to the cancelation/refund terms and conditions in the bottom of this page)
- Changes or refunds of the purchased tickets will not be honored on the day of the show.
- Any tickets purchased through scalpers or any third party is illegal and will not be honored at the venue. (Promoter / Ticket booking site is absolutely not responsible for the damages in regards to this illegal acts and will not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any third party reseller)
Mailing Information
- You will be asked to choose for your tickets to be mailed or picked up at the ticket box)
- You will not be admitted without the tickets in any case. And there will be NO re-issuing of the lost or stolen or damaged tickets regardless of any occasions. Please take good care of your tickets.
Ticket Box Operation & Ticket Purchase On Site
- The ticket box will be opened an hour and half minute before the show.
- You must bring the photo ID and ticket reservation number with you.
- On the show date, you will be able to purchase the tickets for remaining seats, and the price will be as it is noticed at the ticket booking site. (It may be closed early when sold-out)
Admission Information
-. You will begin to be admitted inside the venue 1 hour before the show time.
- Please make sure that you make the entry at least 10 minutes before the show. After the show starts, you will only be permitted inside with the guidance of the staff members.
Notes - For your safety, please follow the instructions of the security and staff at hand within the venue.
- Cans, bottles, food delivery, disposable containers, along with flammable, drugs, etc. are strictly prohibited within this venue.
- Any electronic devices and any types of recordings is strictly prohibited upon the request of the artist. When exposed, the recording will be deleted. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
- Please be circumspect in behavior in order for everyone to enjoy the pleasant ambience. If necessary, you may be asked to leave without being allowed to return.
