- Maximum number of tickets available for one person is limited to 4 per person.

- The ticket discount policy could be changed depending on the ticket sales situation.

- 1-day ticket and On-line Reservation ticket could not be available depending on the ticket sales ituation. (when tickets are sold out)

- Camping tickets are available for 3 days ticket holders only.

- 1-day ticket holders are unable to purchase camping tickets.

Cancellation Policy

Because there are discount rates in phase for this festival, there will be couple of conditions will apply during cancellation process.
There will be a penalty of 50% of ticket price for 1st and 2nd Phase Discount rates.
For 3rd Phase Discount rate, different cancellation policy will apply depend on the Ticket Site. Please refer to the cancellation policy before making any reservation.

MP3 download coupon will be given to everyone who make a reservation for Jisan Valley Rock Festival 2011. Coupon has the value of KRW5,000 and will provide 40 songs for free at Mnet website (http://www.mnet.com/).
It is given to all audience of the shows, arranged by CJ E&M.

For people reserved tickets at Mnet.com website, the coupon will automatically be given on the ID used for the reservation. When reserved online at ticket sites other than Mnet.com, coupons will be at the venue.

 

 

Notification for Ticket Reservation

- Maximum number of tickets available for one person is limited to 4 tickets.

- Tickets will be replaced with wristbands when entering the festival site.

- Tickets will be given at the festival doors.

- There will be no re-issue of lost or stolen tickets. Only tickets allows you to enter into the venue. Please take good care of the tickets.

- It is prohibited to sell/buy tickets in any ways other than buying through the official ticket outlets and festival doors. The festival organizer will not be responsible for illegal trade of tickets.

- Illegal trade might bring any change, cancellation, or refund procedure will only be made through the same ticket site used for the reservation.

- You’ll be asked to present your I.D. and printed copy of confirmation email to receive tickets at the venue.

- Chungbu Expressway: Hobub I.C - Yonungdong Expressway (way to Incheon 5km) - Dukpyung T.G - Jisan Forest Resort (45min from Yangjae T.G)

- From Bundang: Gumi Dong, Bundang - Dongbaek road - Yongin Si Administration Office - Route 42 - Yangji - Jisan Forest Resort

* When searching ‘Jisan Forest Resort’ on the navigation, it usually shows blocked way, which doesn’t lead to the venue. Please put the address below on the navigation. Cars are only allowed in front of Jisan Mart.

Parking Information

- Parking for the general audience will be guided to the temporary parking lot around the venue.

- It is preferred to use the parking lot of accommodations where you are staying.

- The vehicles that are not authorized are not able to enter the resort for any reason.

- Parking Lot: Temporary Parking Lot near Jisan Mart (three-way intersection), Majang Elementary School (Shuttle Bus provided)
