For making your reservation more convenient, M-net Media is running an English Booking Service Center for Jisan Valley Rock Festival from 10AM to 7PM, Monday through Friday.

You will be able to get information about the festival and the reservation procedure in English during the service time. There is a different line for Koreans to request any information by calling the service centers of each ticketing site.

- Purchasable no of tickets is limited to maximum 4 per person.
- Both pre-booked tickets and camping tickets will be distributed at the doors before you enter the festival site. You’ll be asked to present your I.D. and printed copy of confirmation email. Tickets won’t be released without presenting your I.D. or any proof that shows you made a reservation.
- Please note that there will be separate booth for pre-booked tickets and camping tickets at the doors.
- Tickets will be replaced by wristbands when entering the festival site.
- It is prohibited to sell/buy tickets in any ways other than buying through the official ticket outlets and festival doors. The festival organizer will not be responsible for illegal trade of tickets.
- Cancellation is available through Interpark until 5PM, Jul. 29 by email at tickethelp@interpark.com. Please note that 10% cancellation fee will be deducted when you get a refund. There is no cancellation fee charged when you cancel tickets on the purchase date by 12:00AM.
* Please remember tickets are entirely non-refundable on the day of festival.

* Camping tickets

- Purchasable no. of camping tickets is limited to maximum 4 per person.
- Camping zone A is where you can see the Big Top stage very closely and is available for 3 days ticket holders only.
- General camping tickets are available for 2 days & 3 days ticket holders only. 1 day ticket holders are not allowed to buy camping tickets due to limited space of camp site. 1 day or 2 days ticket holders will not be allowed to access camping zone A even if they have camping A tickets.
- There will be bouncers at the camping zone doors and those who don’t have camping wristband will not be allowed entering the campsite.

- 3 Days tickets : 5PM, Thursday Jul 29 ~ 11AM, Monday Aug 2
- 2 Days tickets (Fri. Jul 30-Sat. Jul 31) : 5PM, Thursday Jul 29 ~11AM, Monday Aug 1
- 2 Days tickets (Sat. Jul 31-Sun. Aug 1) : 10AM, Friday Jul 31 ~ 11AM, Monday Aug 2

- There will be a tent rental center at the festival site. You can reserve tents before the festival but no. of tents can be limited.

- If you’re planning to bring your own tent, please bring a medium size for 3 to 4 people.

- The camping zone is on the grass and cooking is prohibited by Jisan ski resort’s policy.

- It is strictly prohibited bringing glass bottles or canned items for security reasons. All prohibited items will be confiscated at the doors.
