［Important Notices］
1. Mobile Tickets
- Network congestion may occur at the venue. Please open and verify your ticket in advance.
- This performance uses mobile tickets only. No physical tickets, delivery, or on-site pickup.
- Ticket gifting, waiting list, and same-seat rebooking services are not available for this performance.

2. Payment (Bank Transfer)
- Payment must be completed by 23:59 (KST) on the day of reservation.
- Unpaid bookings will be automatically canceled to prevent illegal transfers and scalping.

3. Booking Policies
- Purchases made through unauthorized methods (e.g., macros) will be canceled without prior notice.
- Your NOL World account information must match your physical ID. Entry will be denied if the information does not match.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all guidelines, which may change depending on circumstances.

［Admission Information］
- Identity verification will be conducted for all attendees at the venue.
- An admission wristband will be provided after successful verification.
- You must bring a valid physical ID and your mobile ticket.

［Wheelchair Seating Information］
1. Reservation (International Customers)
- Method: Email reservation only (help.global@nol-universe.com)
- Period: Starting from April 30, 2026 (Thu) at 9:00 AM (KST)
- Limit: Up to 2 tickets per session (the purchaser + one accompanying person)
- Note: The accompanying person must also be reserved at the same time.

2. Required Email Content
- Full Name / Contact Information / Preferred Session (2:00 PM or 6:00 PM)

3. On-site Collection
- Required Documents: Disability registration card (or welfare card) and a physical ID.
- Pickup: On-site pickup only by the purchaser. Proxy pickup or transfers are not permitted.
