- Fanclub presales are available exclusively for FUSE 4th OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP members. To participate, you must complete the fanclub presale verification within the designated period.
- Please make sure to complete the verification within the stated period.
- For fanclub verification, please use the NOL Ticket ID registered under the same name as the FUSE 4th Official Membership holder. Verification will not be possible if the ticket purchaser’s information does not match the fanclub membership information.
- For fanclub verification, the name entered when joining FUSE 4th OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP (the name on your ID card or the English name on your passport) and the membership number must match.
- If verification is completed on the Korean ticketing page, tickets must be purchased through the Korean ticketing page only. If verification is completed on the Global page, tickets must also be purchased through the Global page.

- Bank transfer payments must be completed by 11:59PM on the day of booking.
- Ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds are only available through the official ticketing platform (NOL Ticket).
- Cancellations and refunds for booked tickets are available until 4:59PM on the day before the performance. Cancellation fees may apply according to the ticketing platform＇s policy.
- Any damage resulting from unauthorized ticket resale or transactions is the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
- Ticket changes and cancellations are not allowed on the day of the performance.
- On-site ticket sales will be available only for remaining tickets.

- Wheelchair-accessible seat reservation is only available by phone. A companion ticket must also be purchased for entry. Please make sure to book together in advance.

- Wheelchair-accessible seats are open spaces without physical chairs and are reserved exclusively for spectators using wheelchairs.
- Please note that even with a Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card), you will not be permitted to use these seats if you are not using a wheelchair.
- Up to two tickets may be purchased for wheelchair-accessible seats in total, including the wheelchair user and one companion. A folding chair will be provided for the companion.
- Wheelchair-accessible seats can only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card matches the actual ticket purchaser. If the names do not match, both the purchaser and the companion will be denied entry.
- You must pick up the wheelchair-accessible seat tickets on-site on the day of the performance after ID verification. Please be prepared with a valid ID and a disability registration card (or welfare card) at the ticket booth.

［MOBILE TICKET INFORMATION］
- This performance will use mobile tickets only; Physical tickets will not be provided.
- Mobile tickets cannot be booked through the NOL Ticket Customer Service Center.
- Mobile tickets are supported on devices with Android 9.0 or later and iOS 15.0 or later.
- Do not upload screenshots or downloaded tickets to social media or share them with others. The organizers and ticket office are not responsible for any entry issues arising from such actions.

［ADMISSION ＆ AUDIENCE GUIDELINES］
▶ADMISSION GUIDELINES
- Admission is permitted only with a valid admission wristband. By presenting your mobile ticket QR code at the ticket booth, you can exchange it for an admission wristband. Entry will not be permitted under any circumstances without a valid wristband.
- Audience entry begins 1 hour prior to the performance.
- The ticket booth will operate from 2 hours before the performance until 30 minutes after the performance begins.
- Entry may be restricted after the performance has begun, and admission will only be allowed according to staff instructions.
▶AUDIENCE GUIDELINES
- Photography and video recording inside the venue are permitted as long as they do not disturb other guests. However, the use of professional equipment (excluding mobile phones) for photography, video recording, audio recording, or live streaming without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
- Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and other camera-support equipment are not permitted inside the venue.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for bottled water with a lid.
- The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue, including large cheering tools, fireworks, explosives, lasers, and flower bouquets.
- Any behavior that interferes with other audience’s viewing experience will result in immediate removal from the venue.
▶LOCKER INFORMATION
- Coin-operated lockers are available inside the venue and may be used starting from the lobby opening time. Please note that the number of coin lockers is limited, and availability may be restricted.
- As locker availability is limited, we recommend bringing only essential items to the venue.
- The show organizer and related parties are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items stored in lockers.
