-Admission is permitted for elementary school students and older.
-If admission is denied due to failure to comply with the age restriction, cancellations, changes, or refunds on the day of the performance will not be permitted.

［Ticket Reservation Information］
-Ticket Purchase Limit: Up to 10 tickets per person.
-Wheelchair-accessible seats are available in Row 20 of Blocks A, B, and C on the 1st floor (S-grade seats). Wheelchair access is not available on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
-Wheelchair seats are available by phone reservation only. For inquiries: NOL Ticket Customer Center +82-1544-1555 (09:00?18:00 / Open year-round).
-Rows 1?3 in Blocks A, B, and C on the 1st floor are located close to the stage, offering a more immersive experience. However, as these seats are on a flat floor without elevation and positioned lower than the stage, there may be restricted views. Please take this into consideration before booking.

［Ticket Pickup Information］
-Ticket pickup and on-site purchases are available starting 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the performance (on the day of the performance only).
-Reserved tickets can be collected upon verification of the reservation number + mobile phone number, reservation confirmation, or the booker’s ID.
-Discounted tickets requiring proof of eligibility must be collected at the “Discount Verification Desk” after presenting valid supporting documents. (Only the eligible person may present the documents and collect the ticket.)
-If valid proof for a discount is not presented, you will be required to pay the price difference based on the regular ticket price. Changes to discount categories on the day of the performance are not permitted.
-Lost tickets cannot be reissued. Please keep your ticket safe.

［Performance Guidelines］
-Unauthorized photography, video recording, or audio recording is strictly prohibited. Devices that may be used for illegal recording?such as opera glasses with recording functions, camera glasses, or small cameras?are not permitted inside the auditorium.
-If illegal recording or audio capture is suspected during the performance, staff may intervene or request verification even while the performance is in progress. Depending on the situation, you may be asked to leave the venue, and a bag check may be conducted if necessary.
-Please note that Rows 1-3 on the 1st floor at GS Arts Center are flat-floor seating without elevation.
-The audience member is responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to comply with the auditorium entry regulations. Cancellation, changes, or refunds under such circumstances will not be permitted.

［Late Admission Policy］
-After the performance has begun, late entry will only be permitted at designated times. You may be guided to a seat other than the one originally reserved.
-If late admission is not permitted, cancellation, changes, or refunds on the day of the performance will not be allowed.
