The Main Building, Annex A, and Annex B are all within a 1-minute walk of each other.

Main Building - 7 outdoor parking spaces, 10 tower parking spaces available. Tower parking specifications are: height 1500mm / width 2000mm / weight 2000kg.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and advance reservations are not possible.

Room refunds due to a full parking lot are not possible.

Only guests registered at check-in are allowed to enter.

Extended stay is charged at 10,000 won per hour. However, extensions may not be available depending on the circumstances of the day. If you exceed the check-out time, additional charges will be automatically applied.

You must compensate for any damage to or contamination of the property, including buildings, furniture, and fixtures, in an amount commensurate with the damage.

If your behavior—such as loud noise, violence, or noise disturbing other guests caused by excessive entertainment or alcohol consumption within the room—disturbs other guests, you will be required to leave immediately, and no refund will be provided.

Portable gas stoves and all types of open flames are prohibited.

For weekend stays spanning multiple nights, a weekend surcharge applies.
