Room rates are based on the standard occupancy for each room type. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of occupants is required.
An additional fee may be charged on-site if the standard occupancy is exceeded.

Cancellations/refunds are not possible for entry rejections due to reservations for mixed-gender minors.
If a cancellation occurs due to partner circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed.
