It was fine and clean.

I made a reservation a week before check-in. On the day of check-in they said there was no reservation under my name, so I was checking my phone thinking I might have made a mistake, when the lady at the counter just closed the counter door. (Is that really how you handle guests;;) When I showed the app reservation I made a week earlier, she had apparently omitted it and, without apologizing, just handed me the key card and that was it lol. As expected the room was a mess: the comforter and pillows were covered in yellowish stains, and even the wallpaper by the headboard was stained. Towels?? They smelled like cigarette smoke. I saw a few other reviews saying the comforter had yellow stains — it looks like they have no intention of properly laundering them. The soundproofing is really bad lol I was surprised; you can hear people in the next room talking. In conclusion, I will never go again.

The windows are blackout so I slept well~ It would be even better if they replaced the duvet and pillow covers with new ones.

Clean and affordable, so I like it.

1. No soundproofing at all 2. The bedding was yellowish and felt a bit unclean 3. There were many hairs on the bed, as if it hadn't been cleaned 4. The shower hose (silver corrugated pipe) was detached, so when holding it by hand no water came out 5. I probably won't return

The owner was kind and the service was good~ But even though the bedding had been washed, there were yellow stains so it felt a bit unpleasant.. haha

The place was clean and warm, great for visiting in winter! It was also wonderful that OTT was available
