The room condition is fine~

Customer service is friendly There is no elevator, so it is a bit inconvenient.

My computer wasn't working well, but they fixed it nicely.

Worst.. It's on the same floor as the lobby, you can hear people walking by.. When you open the window there's a wall so the cigarette smell doesn't go away, and you can hear the subway. The room is even smaller than a typical goshiwon, which I can accept, but everything else is the worst I've ever experienced.

It's close to the station so I always rest comfortably when I stay!

Decent and good value.
