Dongtan Hotel Bella

- This building has a 100% self-parking shared parking lot.

- Free parking tickets for going out and exiting can be used with the receipt issued at kiosk check-in.

- Free parking is available from B1 to B4. Reservation cancellation due to full occupancy is not possible.

- During rush hour (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM), if the parking lot is full, temporary parking is available on the side ramp within the parking lot.

- The public parking lot in front of the hotel is free on weekends and public holidays; at other times, it operates according to the signs installed in the parking lot. The public parking lot has no relation to our company. For related inquiries, please contact the Hwaseong City Facilities Management Corporation separately.

- After parking, when exiting, submit the free parking ticket to the parking attendant before leaving.

- If the parking attendant is absent, free exit is possible.

- Disabled parking is only available for eligible customers.

- The 8th-floor lobby lounge room & self-laundry can be used during operating hours (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

- When using the washing machine and dryer, disposable laundry detergent and dryer aroma sheets can be purchased from the amenity vending machine.

- Complimentary beverages in the room and additional bottled water can be self-collected from the lobby refrigerator.

- Additional guests beyond the standard 2 people will incur an extra charge of 10,000 KRW per adult, payable on-site at the front desk or kiosk during check-in.

- There may be some design differences from the representative photo of the reserved room.

- If theft, damage, or contamination of any items provided in the room is confirmed after check-out, a claim for restoration costs and damages will be made.

- Pets are not allowed, hair dye is not allowed, and strong-smelling foods such as skate fish are not allowed in the room.

- After 11 PM, an unmanned control company will respond, and in case of emergency, ADT Caps will be dispatched. Unmanned Control Customer Center (1544-0580)

This facility is not a non-smoking hotel. Cancellations/refunds due to this are not possible.

- Minors are not allowed to use this facility or cohabitate (group cohabitation for adults is also prohibited).

- Kiosks scan and read physical ID cards and mobile ID cards.

- Guests without an ID card will be denied entry, and refunds due to this are not possible.

- Accompanying minor family members are allowed to stay (however, no proxy setting for non-family members).

- After 11 PM, due to unmanned control, minors cannot check in accompanied.

- However, if checking in before 10 PM, a front desk staff member will verify and allow entry.

- The front desk and control center will contact noise-generating rooms to request noise reduction.

- If room inventory is available, a free room exchange (relocation) will be provided.

- If room inventory is exhausted, free safe sleep earplugs will be provided.

- If guests refuse staff requests or cause discomfort to other guests through disruptive behavior, a business obstruction report and criminal charges may be filed.
