All rooms are non-smoking. (If caught, a fine of 100,000 KRW will be charged even after vacating the room.)

Only 1 parking space per room is allowed.

If you park a vehicle after booking a Walk-In Special, a 10,000 KRW parking fee will be incurred.

If the standard occupancy is exceeded, an additional 10,000 KRW per person will be charged for elementary school students and above. (However, mixed groups of 3 or more males and females are not allowed.)

Random rooms are provided sequentially based on the lowest room category, and direct selection is not possible.

An additional charge may apply if the standard check-out time is exceeded by 30 minutes.

Use of party rooms (pool available until 24:00)

In case of theft, damage, or contamination of any items provided, compensation for damages and laundry fees will be charged.

If excessive noise or loud disturbances continue after a first warning during hotel use, guests may be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund will be issued.

Precautions for using the fire pit

Fire pits can only be used in designated areas.

After use, please make sure the fire is completely extinguished before moving.

Do not place flammable items (paper, wood, cloth, etc.) near the fire pit.

Please be especially careful to keep children away from the fire pit.

Fire pit use may be restricted on windy days.

Precautions for using the outdoor bathtub

Please be careful not to let water overflow from the bathtub.

To prevent slipping accidents, please remove water from the floor before and after bathing.

For safety, please refrain from using the bathtub after consuming alcohol.

Do not run or play inside the jacuzzi.

We ask for your cooperation for a safe and pleasant experience.

1. Hot pool available from 19:00 to 00:00 (3 hours).

During the water heating process, equipment is operating, so please do not drain water indiscriminately.

2. The water heating process requires time.

Guests booking after 16:00 on the same day will have limited access to the hot pool.

3. AYANA PARTY prohibits cooking.

All cooking activities using fire, such as gas, electricity, and charcoal, are prohibited.

Please note that failure to comply with the above may result in charges for equipment breakdown, hot water costs, and claims for damages.
