The view was nice, and the room was spacious.

The air conditioner needs to be cleaned. The smell gave me a headache so I couldn't sleep. You can see dark mold with the naked eye; it's really bad.
Being in front of the Namgang River, it's nice for a short walk, and it was clean so I rested well.
It would be nice to have a shower head holder.
The accommodation is clean and nice. I'm here on a business trip and I'm considering staying long-term.

It was very good! The night view is pretty... The bathroom was also great—the water was warm and the pressure was strong!!

Parking is congested on Saturdays due to many guests.
Guests checking out early are requested to use the pilotis parking lot.
Photoelectric fire (smoke) detectors are installed inside the building, so the entire building (rooms, stairs, 8th-floor rooftop) is non-smoking. Although inconvenient, we would appreciate it if you use the back empty lot parking lot for smoking. Indoor smoking will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Claims for damages will be made if the room is damaged.
Please do not open the windows. (Room ventilation has been completed)
Repair or replacement costs may be incurred if windows in the room are damaged.
