First, the parking lot is large, so parking was convenient! Also, the soundproofing was good and the room was clean! It has OTT service, which I liked!
Good value for money. The space is large.
It was clean and I rested well without worrying about any smells.
It was clean and nice. There was no provided hairbrush. I used my own, so it was not a problem, but if you come without one you might be caught off guard.
I had a good stay at an affordable price.
A spacious and pleasant accommodation. One downside is the hot water is a bit weak. Overall, it is a decent place in the Wolmido area.
I went because reviews said it was good value, but they didn't even give a toiletries pouch. There was no robe, the electric kettle had mold so we exchanged it, the blanket was thin and it was so cold we had to ask for an extra one and use it, there was no comb, and the room was full of hair like it hadn't been cleaned. Considering value, Yonghyeon Food Alley is much cleaner, provides breakfast, has a snack bar, and is better. The owner was unfriendly. I never want to go again — this is my top place to avoid.
Clean and the room was really nice.
Seems like great value for Wolmido~ The owner and spouse seemed to be running it and both were very kind. The water pressure was strong and good. They sell disposable items but we brought our own. We rested well!! If there is another chance, we will visit again!
Good location and convenience for the price. There is a bathtub and the room is spacious. It was chilly but they turned on the boiler so I slept warmly. The facilities are old and the shower head was a bit inconvenient.
Only large-capacity shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the rooms.
Guests who need toiletries should purchase them separately at check-in (2,000 KRW).
2-person set includes: 2 toothbrushes, 2 toothpastes, soap, razor, 2 foam cleansers, 2 lotions, shower towel, feminine hygiene cleanser, lady set.
Co-ed stays of 3 or more people, excluding direct family members, are prohibited (including twin rooms and ondol rooms). Violators will be asked to vacate immediately.
All rooms are non-smoking. A fine of 100,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is found in the room.

Cancellations or refunds are not possible for admission refusal due to the following reasons:
1) Failure to bring ID: Please be sure to bring your physical ID when visiting Galaxy Hotel.
2) Minors: Minors are only allowed to stay with an adult guardian.
3) Mixed-gender occupancy: Even if additional people are added, admission is not possible if the male-to-female ratio is unbalanced. In the case of family, we may request supporting documents.
4) Unauthorized entry by visitors: Guests other than registered occupants are not allowed to enter the room, and unauthorized entry may result in additional charges or eviction.
5) Pets: Pets are not allowed to accompany guests for the comfort of guests with pet allergies.
6) Noise pollution, loud singing and shouting, drinking/smoking outside designated areas: Guests who do not observe basic etiquette or engage in acts that cause discomfort to others may be asked to vacate immediately.
The above information may change depending on hotel circumstances.
A compensation fee of 50,000 KRW will be incurred if the room key is lost.
Please understand that room allocation identical to photos may be difficult due to variations in room structure within the same type.
Please note that individual heating control is not possible as it is central heating.

Our hotel has bathtubs in most rooms, excluding some. Guests who specifically wish to use a bathtub or a two-person bathtub must inquire with the hotel in advance.
Whirlpool bathtubs are not available due to hygiene reasons.
If you need a mobile phone charger, you can rent one at the front desk.
However, they may run out quickly.
