The room condition was good.. The room floor has electric heating and the bed has an electric mattress pad, so it was fairly comfortable, but the bathroom is very cold.. However, the soundproofing inside the building is not very good.. It is near Lotte Department Store, so there are many food options.. The foreign staff working there are very kind..

StayQ Motel located a 5-minute walk from Lotte Department Store. The entire building is non-smoking, so it feels very pleasant. The interior varies by room. First of all, the large TV is truly satisfying. In the past, only personal Netflix accounts worked, but now it seems to work. The cleaning was spotless everywhere in the room with nothing to complain about, and the bed is memory foam. Very soft. The newly assigned staff members are also friendly. Soundproofing is quite good, so outside noise is blocked in the room. A downside is that smokers might find it a bit inconvenient.
Something was stepped on inside the room and there was a stain on the bed cover, and the mirror had not been dusted. The bathroom tiles felt uneven, the grout was dirty, and there were stains on the door, so it looked worn and disappointing. I thought the entire building was non-smoking, but during my stay there was a strong cigarette smell coming from the restroom downstairs that gave me a headache. I avoided going into the bathroom until I checked out.
