- Parking Guidelines

• Total of 12 parking spaces available.

• When arriving by car, only one vehicle per room is permitted.

• Parking is not available when the lot is full.

• If you booked via the app and the lot was full at the time of your reservation, and you arrived on foot, parking is strictly prohibited.

• Parking is available only for reservations made via in-person check-in, and parking is permitted starting from the reserved check-in time.

- Day Use and Overnight Stay Policies

• Rates for day use cannot be upgraded to overnight stays; if you change to an overnight stay, you must pay the full overnight rate again.

• For late-night hourly rentals, the full overnight rate will be charged the moment the clock strikes midnight, so please strictly adhere to the check-out time.

• Please note that if you are asked to present identification and fail to do so, you will not be permitted entry (and no cancellation or refund will be issued).

- Amenities

`Netflix is available in all rooms, but you must log in with your personal account to use it. To protect your personal information, please log out before check-out.

- Room Usage

• Additional fees apply for early check-in and late check-out.

• Standard Rooms, Superior Rooms, Terrace Rooms: Within 30 minutes (5,000 won), 30 minutes to 1 hour (10,000 won)

• Additional charges beyond this may vary depending on hotel circumstances.

(For rooms with a capacity of 2 or more guests, the additional charge is 20,000 won per person.)

• If you wish to extend your stay beyond the scheduled check-out time, you must decide whether it is an extension of time or an extension of the room reservation and notify the front desk in advance. (Prepayment is required for extensions.)

• Otherwise, it will be considered a time extension and charged on an hourly basis.

• Even if reservations are officially closed, rooms may still be available. Please contact the hotel directly.

- Forced Eviction and Claims for Damages

•As a general rule, guests are responsible for compensating the hotel for any damaged items, which will be reimbursed at the purchase price.

Rooms

• All Deluxe room types are assigned randomly.

• Rooms with two PCs are available only in Premium Blue rooms.

• Rates are based on two guests per room; due to COVID-19, exceeding the occupancy limit is not permitted.

• If additional guests are found without prior notification, a penalty fee will be charged, and you will be immediately evicted without a refund.

• The guest list must not be changed from the original check-in guests. (Relay occupancy is not permitted while maintaining the 2-person capacity.)

•Check-in times and rates are subject to change based on hotel circumstances.

•Additional fees apply for early check-in and late check-out. (If you arrive earlier or depart later than the designated times.)

• If you need additional chargers beyond those provided in the room, or a wine opener, these can be borrowed free of charge at the front desk.

• Cancellations and refunds are not permitted on the day of your stay.

• Lost items will be held for one week from the date they are found.

(Lost items not claimed within this period will be disposed of.)
