An additional fee applies for extra guests in ondol rooms (20,000 won per person).

With the exception of ondol rooms, all other rooms are based on a 2-person occupancy and do not allow additional guests.

Guests who need a bathrobe should please ask at the front desk.

If you plan to check in after 10:00 PM, please be sure to contact the front desk in advance!

1. Guests checking in after midnight must contact the front desk in advance by 10:00 PM.

2. Please keep noise to a minimum late at night out of consideration for others.

3. All rooms are non-smoking.

100% refund 10 days prior to the date of use

90% refund 7 days prior to the date of use

70% refund 5 days prior to the date of use

50% refund 3 days prior to the date of use

20% refund 1 day before the date of use

No refunds on the day of use
