I had a good rest while on a business trip.

The owner was unfriendly, and there is noisy construction nearby. The parking is quite limited. If you arrive late at night just to sleep briefly and leave, it is fine.

The accommodation was in good condition and I rested well.

Friendly and really comfortable. The facilities were fairly clean, but there was a bit of dust so the air felt slightly stuffy.

It is tidy, but it is more like a typical separated studio officetel. There should be things you can do while lying in bed—like a power outlet by the bedside to charge your phone, or a TV—but you can really only sleep there, which was disappointing.
