In the event of an unavoidable cancellation, only the deposit will be refunded.

If asked to present identification and you do not have a valid, government-issued ID,

check-in will be denied, and refunds are not possible under partner facility regulations.

The maximum occupancy per room is two people

(Additional guests, sharing rooms, or mixed-gender stays of three or more people are not permitted; minors are not allowed to stay alone).

If you cancel after making a reservation, a refund is only possible if canceled at least 3 days prior to the date of stay.

Member benefits do not apply after check-in.

Acceptable forms of identification are limited to driver’s licenses, passports, temporary ID cards, and resident registration cards,

and only physical or electronic IDs are accepted.

Screenshots of electronic IDs or photos of ID cards saved on a phone will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The room capacity is 2 people.

Additional guests are not permitted,

and please be advised in advance that if additional guests or shared occupancy are discovered,

no refund will be issued and you will be asked to check out immediately.

If you disrupt the hotel’s operations or disturb other guests in your room

through fighting, loud noise, profanity, or property damage,

you will be reported to the police, required to pay compensation,

and asked to check out without a refund.

We would like to reiterate that gathering in a single room to

consume alcohol while staying in two or more rooms

is not permitted at our establishment,

as this frequently causes disturbances

to guests in other rooms.

Pets are prohibited to prevent inconvenience to other guests.

Minors are strictly prohibited from sharing a room with adults by law.

Furthermore, minors are prohibited from entering the premises altogether.

There have been cases where minors staying at the facility secretly moved between rooms to attempt to share a room with members of the opposite sex or tried to sneak in from outside and were caught.

which could result in significant damage to our establishment.

As minors who exploit this policy continue to be caught,

we are completely prohibiting minors from staying here to prevent further damage.

Disposable items are sold separately.

Occasionally, some customers complain, asking why disposable items aren’t included...

While circumstances may vary by establishment... they are sold separately.

Providing disposable items free of charge is prohibited by law.

We do not provide separate storage for bags or luggage.

Occasionally, guests arrive unexpectedly without prior notice and ask us to store their luggage,

but storing luggage entails liability for those items,

and since there have been instances where guests later made malicious claims regarding their belongings,

as a general rule, we do not store personal items.

Some guests come in expecting us to store their belongings out of sheer convenience.

While we understand that large bags or traveling can be inconvenient,

we cannot place them in customer walkways or fire exits,

and due to the layout of our store, we can only place items within the view of our CCTV cameras.

Smoking is permitted outside.

Since this is done by humans, in the rare event of incorrect pricing or a problem with the room,

only the prepaid room fee is refundable.
