Clean and comfortable to stay.
I had a good rest and am heading out~~

Great value for money. hahaha
Quiet and great value. If I have the chance next time, I will book again.
Good~~~~~~~~~~~~
Clean and nice, but I was surprised to find broken glass pieces in the parking lot. Room 212.
I rested well and am leaving. It was nice.
I had a very good rest. It would be better if there were a mirror where the hairdryer is.
When I choose a place to stay, cleanliness is my top priority, so I booked after reading that this place was remodeled—and to sum it up, I’m very satisfied! As soon as I walked in I immediately felt that it was very well maintained. The value is great too. On weekends, places with this level of quality usually cost 70,000–100,000 KRW, but with the coupon I paid less than 50,000. I’ve stayed at many places, and it’s rare to find this quality at this price. A few other highlights: first, one parking spot per room is really convenient. You don’t run into other guests at all, and you don’t feel awkward moving luggage. The contactless check-in made it feel very private. I was surprised at how clean it was when I opened the door. Some places smell like smoke or damp as soon as you walk in, but there was none of that here. Because it was remodeled, the style is modern and streamlined. I especially liked the lighting—some places are too dim and feel stuffy, but this place is bright and pleasant, and the mirror lighting made it easy to get ready. The sink is in the room rather than the bathroom, which was handy for quick tasks like brushing teeth or washing up. I watched Netflix lying in bed—the picture quality was great and the Wi-Fi worked well—so I got to relax with a movie. The bedding was fluffy and roomy, and I slept very well. Before I came I was worried because the area is an industrial complex and might lack amenities, but there was a convenience store just a 5–10 minute walk away, so getting late-night snacks or drinks was no problem. The neighborhood being quiet actually meant I could rest without noise, which was a big plus. The owner was friendly and the space itself was so comfortable that if I come back to this area I will definitely stay here again. If you’re hesitating, I’d say don’t worry and go ahead and book! I had a great rest~ :)

I had planned a trip to Gangwon-do for the holiday, but since it looked like it would be crowded, we quickly changed our route to Gunsan the day before and there were no accommodations available. So we absentmindedly booked this place in Iksan. This accommodation was more perfect than I expected! It is a self-service motel, so I did not have high expectations when I booked, but I was surprised by how good the room condition was. There were small snacks in the room, and the room itself was really clean and cozy. Above all, the owner was very kind and responsive, so I felt good throughout my stay. Especially when checking out, gentle music played in the parking lot, and it felt like a warm send-off until the very end, which left a strong impression. I definitely want to visit again next time! ❤️
