The cleanliness and service are good, which covers other shortcomings. However, the gap in the entrance door is wide, so hallway noise and light come in.

The owner leaves work at midnight, so you have to use your card to get back in. The room obviously looks like a remodeled goshiwon. The room itself is very small. I couldn't take a photo, but the distance between the toilet and the shower is less than one meter. Even the sink has no space inside the bathroom, so it is right next to the bed. To summarize: Pros: relatively good soundproofing, thorough blackout curtains so it's good for sleeping, location Cons: everything else
