Due to the nature of design hotels, the representative photos may differ from the actual rooms.

Room designs vary, and you may be assigned a room different from the one shown in the representative photos.

Room selection is not available; rooms are assigned randomly at check-in.

Although the rooms are equipped with bathtubs, the whirlpool function is not operational due to noise concerns.

Royal Suite, Semi-Suite, and Suite rooms can accommodate up to 3–4 guests. However, reservations are always confirmed based on a standard occupancy of 2 guests; therefore, if you wish to add guests, ★you must contact the hotel in advance★. Additions cannot be made on-site, and an additional fee of 20,000 won per person will apply.(Hourly rentals not available)

★For Semi-Suite, Suite, and Royal Suite rooms, bed types are assigned randomly at check-in.

Netflix is available in all rooms; a personal ID is required to log in.

★[No-Show Policy]★ Reservations for which the arrival time has not been notified in advance will be automatically canceled and charged the full cancellation fee after 2:00 a.m. Guests arriving after 2:00 a.m. must notify the hotel in advance.

★[Extended Stay]★ An extension fee will be automatically charged after checkout time.

Advance inquiry is required if a guardian will be accompanying a minor or if a minor will be staying at the hotel.

Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms inside the hotel.

A penalty of 100,000 won will be imposed if caught.

Due to limited parking space, parking is available starting from your reserved check-in time.

If parking on the first floor or in the outer parking lot, please be sure to leave your car keys at the front desk. (Fines will be imposed.)

Minors who are not accompanied by an adult or who have not submitted the required authorization documents are not permitted to check in or share a room with adults. This property reserves the right to refuse check-in for such reservations and may cancel the reservation without a refund.

Amenities

- Induction cooktop; guests may bring their own alcohol

- Karaoke machine available

Cooking Policy: Simple cooking (e.g., instant noodles) is permitted in the sink; grilling meat, fish, etc., is prohibited; guests must bring their own tableware

This building is non-smoking; smoking is prohibited outside of designated smoking areas (a fine of 100,000 won will be imposed if evidence of smoking is found).

Amenities (Disposable Items) - Due to the amendment to the Disposable Items Act on March 29,

amenity kits are available for purchase at the front desk for 2,000 won each.

The items included are:

2 toothbrushes, 2 tubes of toothpaste, 2 shower caps, a body sponge

(hair ties, cotton swabs, cotton pads), as well as a hair comb, foaming cleanser, and a razor.

You can store your luggage for free before check-in.

After check-out, luggage storage is free until 3:00 PM, but after 3:00 PM, an additional fee of 1,000 won per bag per hour will apply.
