I had a very comfortable, restful stay.
I sometimes use this place when I travel for business; the price and time options are generous, so I like it. However, the bathroom handles have rusty spots—please inspect and replace them. The bed has an electric heating pad installed; in this season it would be better to remove it. My back gets very sore.

Best value for money. I use it because it is cheap when I travel for business, and it's good. The main advantages are generous check-in/out times and fast check-in. Soundproofing is unavoidable.
