The owner was kind, but the facilities are aging, so I think the price is high for that rate.

Bathroom cleanliness: poor. The condition of the fixtures was terrible. I intentionally booked planning to use the steam shower, but when I checked in it was unusable due to old equipment. Either stop listing that device as available or clearly state it is not usable. The bathroom condition is not good.
