I usually never leave reviews, but the staff's attitude and response were so bad that I'm leaving one. I booked a standard room around 1 AM and checked in after 3 AM. I woke up around 11:30, showered and came out, and they called my personal number to tell me to check out. I didn't hear the phone in the room because I was showering, and I didn't answer because it was an unknown number. Around 12:10 the room phone rang and I answered. As soon as I picked up they started scolding me for not answering the phone. The front desk had called my personal number. I explained I was showering and couldn't answer, and they told me to hurry up and check out. I said I had just finished showering and would get ready quickly and leave. At 12:20 they called again, called my name and said, "This is unacceptable. The checkout time is 12 according to the app, this is too much." I explained the situation again: I arrived at 3 AM and had just woken up and was getting ready, apologized and said I'd be out soon. They replied that if I wasn't extending my stay I had to leave immediately because the cleaning staff couldn't leave because of me, and if I wasn't extending I must leave right now. I felt like I was being kicked out and couldn't even finish getting ready. When I left, the cleaner was cleaning a different room on the same floor, so their claim made no sense. It's absurd; I don't know if that was the staff or the owner, but they were extremely rude. I chose the cheapest option, but for this price I should have paid a bit more and gone somewhere better. This is my first time in the area so I don't know if other places are like this, but if you explain and apologize they could have shown some flexibility and said, "Please check out by 12:30." They did none of that. It was all, "It's your problem, just get out quickly." Do not ever go here. Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.
