There was no hot water, the towel rack was broken and there were bugs, and the bathroom ceiling and vent were covered in dust—overall the room facilities and cleaning were inadequate. I did not have high expectations for a motel, but I was very dissatisfied even with the basic aspects. I don’t usually write reviews, but these issues clearly need to be addressed.
