Children not allowed, minors of different genders or same genders not allowed (no cancellation/refund)

PC game users - Check installation status before booking. Verify game functionality within 10 minutes of check-in (no changes, cancellations, refunds). Game downloads not allowed after check-in (must confirm 120 installed games).

Refusal of customer check-in/reservation - Drunkenness, loud noise, failure to comply with check-out time, inappropriate room use, refusal to receive calls, refusal to prepay.

Extension/early check-in fee - 12,000 KRW per hour (calculated by minute) - prepaid.

Additional person fee - 20,000 KRW (4PC/6PC rooms for day use, overnight stay).

Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Customers cannot use in shifts.

If more than the standard number of guests is found, all guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

4PC/6PC rooms - direct hotel reservations only, cancellations for platform reservations.

Check-in/check-out times and prices may vary depending on hotel operating conditions.

Please note that reservations canceled due to the property's operational reasons will be processed before check-in (100% refund).
