Additionally, in accordance with our hotel’s general policies, the Juvenile Protection Act, and internal regulations, please be advised that your reservation may be canceled on-site and your stay restricted if any of the following circumstances arise: minors, mixed-gender group stays, or prostitution.

Rooms are based on double occupancy, and additional guests may not be permitted depending on the room type.

An additional fee applies per person for extra guests. (20,000 won per person)

Use by minors is restricted, and we may request to verify identification.

Reservations may be canceled and use restricted if any circumstances arise that violate laws or the hotel’s internal regulations. (e.g., mixed-gender group stays, prostitution, etc.)

Cooking is not permitted in guest rooms.

One free parking spot per room for one vehicle (if you leave and re-enter the parking lot, you will be responsible for the fee).

For additional vehicles, daily parking passes are available for 3,000 won.

(Please note: In consultation with the building management, our hotel only sells one-day passes and does not offer shorter-term parking passes. Please be aware of this to avoid any confusion.)

Heating is suspended from April through October (subject to change depending on weather conditions).
