When leaving the room after check-in, please leave the card key at the front desk if possible. A fee will be charged if the card key or outing key is lost or damaged.

Check-in and check-out times can be confirmed at the time of reservation. For early check-in/late check-out, please inquire at the front desk.

Room information may change at any time due to hotel circumstances, and the hotel is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.

All visiting guests are requested to present identification. Please note that refusing or failing to present ID may restrict access. Minors are not allowed to check in.

This is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine and associated deodorizing costs may be charged in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.

Room photos are for reference by grade, so assignment to the exact same room as shown in the photo is not guaranteed.

Rooms are assigned randomly within the selected type. For specific room requests, please inquire at the front desk in advance.

Excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc., may result in compensation requests. The use of tape for events, fireworks, firecrackers, and other fire hazards is prohibited, and guests will be liable for damages and fire if used.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video shoots, please inquire in advance.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, money and other valuables, including those in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for money or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

Excessive noise due to drinking, shouting, etc., may result in immediate eviction, and no refund will be processed.

Criminal charges may be pressed in cases of room damage or theft.

In line with ESG management practices, we sell disposable amenity sets for a fee. You can purchase them at the front desk at any time.

Reusable products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are free to use.

Standard rooms are not available for parking.

Even for rooms where parking is available, parking is not possible if booked as a walk-in special. When booking, please make sure to check 'vehicle reservation' on the screen.

On days with many accommodation reservations, parking reservations fill up quickly on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the 'Notice' to see if parking is unavailable for your desired date.

On dates marked as 'no parking available' in the 'Notice,' please understand that parking is not available even if you book with a vehicle.
