This is an unmanned motel. I had a short-stay reservation for 11:00 and called from the entrance to find out my room number, but the property did not pick up. I asked the chatbot about the room and was told they could not be reached, so I picked one of the vacant rooms and went into room 213. At the room entrance I used the intercom to say I had a reservation and asked them to open the room, and they got annoyed, saying I should have called first, then abruptly hung up the intercom, which made me feel bad. Later, the short-stay time is two hours, and at 12:40 the phone in the room kept ringing; when I answered they immediately hung up again, which made me annoyed once more. Is this how you treat guests? I felt bad all day.

The room is spacious and clean.
