Room rates are based on 2 people. For special rooms like party rooms, you must confirm the number of guests directly.
Minors must confirm with the affiliate directly whether they can stay before making a reservation.
Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied entry resulting from reservations made by unaccompanied minors.
If a cancellation occurs due to the affiliate's circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed.
