Bug room ➡️ Half-drunk water bottle room ➡️ Cigarette-smoke room ➡️ Fourth room I will describe in detail the hygiene issues and the staff member with tattoos all over his arms whose attitude was beyond acceptable. (The KakaoMap review is the real deal. Check that!!) 1. Room 101 (bug explosion and staff rude remarks) The moment we entered, there were four pillbugs and dozens of insects falling in real time from the ceiling, walls, and bed. I calmly asked to change rooms because I have years of hotel experience, but the staff said there were no rooms available, raised his voice, and slammed the desk to intimidate us. When we asked for a refund, he gave an absurd answer: "These bugs are normal for the season, so we won't change rooms or give refunds. They come out at home too, just sleep." After showing him the situation together, I asked, "Insects are falling right now—do you expect us to sleep on the sofa?" He replied, "Well, you have to. What can I do if there are no rooms? Even if you were the customer, I'd still tell you to sleep there," sticking to a confrontational stance. When my patience ran out and I raised my voice, he said, "Since you insist strongly, we'll change it," then stomped on the entryway shoes and left while slamming the door. 2. Room 801 (unclean room) Although he said there were no rooms, the one they finally gave us looked like a short-stay had just ended and it had not been cleaned. Two half-drunk plastic bottles, unarranged bedding, a shower towel left in the bathroom, and hair all over the floor. When I went down and showed a PET bottle to explain, he said to talk about it inside the room. Because of his hostile attitude in 101, I feared he might become violent. Without a single apology, he changed the room again. He kept saying there were no rooms, yet more rooms kept appearing. 3. Room 905 (cigarette smell) He bragged that he had checked it, but when we opened the door a powerful cigarette smell hit us and we asked to change rooms again. 4. Room 808 (checked in at 2:10 AM) After fighting since 1:00 AM, we finally got in. But around 2:30 AM while trying to settle and lie down, we heard all kinds of noise—loud singing while showering and other noises—so the room had no soundproofing at all. We were exhausted and just slept. The hygiene and service are rock bottom and we were humiliated after paying. The price is not even cheap, so please reconsider visiting.

I had a good rest and am leaving :)
Had a great rest and am leaving!!
The accommodation is tidy. I am satisfied.
This is a hotel-grade accommodation. Seeing meeting rooms, restaurants, and so on on the first floor, it seems like it used to have many guests. The parking lot is spacious, so parking is convenient. The room is neat. The TV monitor is very small, haha. It has the feeling of an old traditional hotel room. No problems using it.
It was a clean and friendly hotel :) Parking was convenient, so I had a good rest ~
I rested very comfortably. Thank you.
It's always consistently good whenever I come. I like that there is never a smell of cigarette smoke, and especially the air conditioning and heating are excellent. I also like that you can buy things on the first floor like a convenience store. The room is clean and nice.
There is a bit of an odor.. :(
It's great!!!!!!
