It was great overall, but since it's a bit old some parts like the sofa leather were worn, which was a little disappointing. However, the staff's service and the accommodation's view were excellent!!!!! I will probably use it again!!!!! Breakfast... was more or less so-so. Since it was a weekday, we went to SonoCam to eat T_T

It's really very clean and I love it.
The room is spacious and comfortable.
The room was spacious so a large group could stay comfortably.
The accommodation is big and clean, so it was perfect for a family—haha. We also had fun at Ocean World, so it felt like the best value.
The three of us had a very enjoyable, relaxing trip.
It was quiet and the master room bed was large, so our child and both parents slept comfortably. There is a bakery right in front of the accommodation building that opens at 8:00 AM, so we also had delicious bread for breakfast.
It is a place I always enjoy visiting. There are lots of things to do and eat, and I love that you do not have to go outside the property. The golf course is very convenient to use and is well maintained.
We had a pleasant time.

Guests under the age of 19 as of the check-in date must be accompanied by a parent or submit a Minor Guest Accommodation Consent Form (available for download on the Sono Hotel & Resort website).
The Minor Guest Accommodation Consent Form must be submitted with the names of all minors checking in listed. (Guests not listed on the form will not be permitted to stay.)
Even when the Minor Accommodation Consent Form is submitted, sharing a room with a member of the opposite sex or consuming alcohol is not permitted. (Guests will be asked to check out if caught.)

- We are open as usual even on rainy days. However, access to some facilities may be restricted depending on weather conditions, such as lightning.
- In accordance with the Public Health Management Act, men and women aged 4 and older are not permitted to enter saunas, shower rooms, or changing rooms together. Additionally, depending on the situation, mixed-gender entry may be restricted regardless of age.

- Elderly guests and children aged 13 or younger (elementary school students) must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Use of the attraction may be restricted for those who have been drinking, pregnant women, individuals with cardiovascular or circulatory conditions, those with neck or lower back herniated discs, and those wearing casts or braces.
- During normal Snowy Land operations, exchanges or refunds are not available due to rain or adverse weather conditions.
