The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to check out if they fail to present valid ID or if a reservation is made by a minor; in such cases, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.★

[Additional Fees]

1) Consecutive Night Surcharge

Weekends, public holidays (including the day before), shoulder season, and peak season: A consecutive night surcharge of 20,000 won per night will be charged

2) Additional Guests

All rooms, except the Premium Triple (which accommodates up to 5 guests), are priced for 2 guests; each additional guest is charged 20,000 won

3) Parking

One parking space per room (excluding “Walking Distance Special” reservations)

An additional 20,000 won per vehicle applies for extra cars.

4) Early Check-in or Late Check-out

7,000 won per hour (10,000 won on weekends and during peak season)

5) A fee of 20,000 won applies for the loss of a room key.

Please note that we are not responsible for the loss of valuables not deposited at the front desk; lost items will be discarded after one month of storage.

Reservation Notice: Additional fees apply for room rates when the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy. Additional fees may be automatically charged for check-out after the designated time. Identification may be required for mixed-gender stays; failure to present ID may result in refusal of check-in, and no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation. Room numbers and designs are assigned randomly based on the partner property’s operational circumstances. Please refrain from making excessive noise after hours, as this may result in being asked to leave. Damage to or theft of room property may result in criminal prosecution.
