I was given two rooms — room 209? 207? It was the end room... The condition of the room was very, very disappointing. The bathroom faucet is mounted on the floor, the bed is hard. The entrance is a ramp so dust and wind seem like they'd blow in... Also, the bathroom door wouldn't open in the morning, which was inconvenient. The other room we booked had a styler and was in good condition. The bedding was definitely not latex... Did you give me the wrong room?
