I came on a business trip and the staff were very kind, which I appreciated. Heading out again today~
I'm leaving after a very restful stay.
Don't touch my grandmother. He yelled at us saying she had no manners. ------------------------------- Edited and reposted. The door was locked so I went back to the front desk to get the key. A man came out of another room and I was startled, I accidentally walked into a vacant room and I apologized for that. But then over the phone he suddenly asked, "What were you doing in there?" and raised his voice. He spoke to me in an informal, rude tone. What would I be doing in there? Did I stay one minute? Ten minutes? No matter if you're the owner, the boss, or whatever, and no matter how bold you are in business, when something is regrettable >>>>> because she is an old woman, show some mercy. (When a cockroach appeared (When the cleaning was not done properly and towels someone else used were hung around, hair was on the bed, when I called the front desk >> they said, "Is that so?", I thought, well, she is an old woman so that can happen. People live like that, I let it go thinking it's better to be easygoing. But this time was a bit absurd and embarrassing, so I decided to write this and I don't see a reason to hide what happened. I could go on forever listing details, but don't only like taking money. No matter how old someone is, they are the same person. We paid money and stayed here. We're not just hanging around. Don't belittle people and treat them carelessly like that.
It was cheap so I went. / Staff were rude. / Ugh, I really won't go again!!!!!!!!!!!!! -----------Edited and reposted The door was locked so I went back to the front desk to get the key. As I was going, a man came out of another room and I was startled and accidentally entered an empty room, so I apologized. But then over the phone he suddenly demanded, "What were you doing in there?" and raised his voice. He spoke to me with informal, rude language. What do you think I was doing in there? Did I stay one minute? Ten minutes? No matter if you are the owner, the boss, or a bold business person, still — When there are problems >>>>> because she is an old woman, cut her some slack. (When a cockroach appeared ( When cleaning wasn't done properly and towels someone else used were hanging around, hair was on the bed, when I called the front desk >> they said, "Oh really?" I thought, well, there's an elderly woman, so that can happen. People live like that sometimes, so I let it go thinking it's fine to be lenient. But this time was absurd and upsetting. So I decided to write this, and I don't see any reason to hide what happened. There would be no end if I wrote everything one by one, but Don't be nice only when you get money. No matter how old someone is, they are still a person. They paid and stayed here. They didn't just loiter, you know? Don't look down on people and treat them carelessly like that.
Customer service always feels unfriendly. I came because it was cheap. The charger didn't work, so the male owner brought a charger up and asked if it wasn't working anywhere, saying he'd fix it... I turned on the air conditioner because it was hot, but the air conditioner also... didn't work. He gave me the key to another room, so I changed rooms, but,,,,,, I was trying to have a good time but my mood was ruined and the day ended with nothing but a big fight. Sigh... it still makes me angry when I think about it.
Cheap and worthless. I saw a cockroach. --------------------------- The door was locked so I went back to the front desk to get the key. A man came out of another room and startled me, and because I accidentally entered an empty room I apologized. But then he called and out of nowhere shouted, "What were you doing in there?" and raised his voice. He even spoke to me informally. What do you expect me to have been doing in there? Did I stay one minute? Ten minutes? No matter if he is the owner or the boss, and no matter how bold he is in business, when something happens you should say, "Please cut us some slack, it's the grandma," (when a cockroach appeared) (They did not clean properly so towels someone else used were hanging here and there, there was hair on the bed, when I called the front desk they said, "Is that so?", I thought, well, there is an older woman here so maybe it can happen, people live like that, so I let it go kindly.) But this time it was absurd and embarrassing, so I decided to write this, and I don't think there is any need to hide what happened. If I wrote everything one by one it would never end, but don't only like customers when you get money, no matter how hard times are they are still people. We pay money to stay here. It's not just staying somewhere casually, is it? Don't treat people with contempt or act recklessly like that.
Worst, worst, worst! Grandmother: Where does this youngster get off talking back like that? Me: I gave a hollow laugh. I used to go here often, but what kind of personality is this? I've heard every ridiculous thing.
It was clean and very nice~ I will use it again soon~ ^^
