1. Principle of No Unaccompanied Minors: Minors unaccompanied by a guardian (legal representative) are not allowed to stay under any circumstances.

2. Third-Party Reservation Policy: For third-party reservations where the booker and the actual guest are different, the booker must accompany the guest at check-in.

※ No Exceptions: Even if a guardian makes a third-party reservation and only minors visit (regardless of submitting a family relations certificate or consent form), accommodation is not possible, and the reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund, as notified in advance.
