It was clean and excellent value for money. I had a good rest.
There was a strong odor, possibly from cigarette smoke, mold on the wallpaper, and yellow stains. The floor and switches were so dirty that my white socks became completely black. I went with my girlfriend, so it was very disappointing...

I often work nearby and just sleep here, and it's the best value.

The room is spacious, clean, and nice. Parking is convenient too. I come often for work, and there is no place this good in terms of value and accessibility.
Every time I visit I feel this is the best value near Seomyeon, and it seems like a place where you can stay comfortably before you leave.

Shared occupancy by two or more people is not permitted; guests found in violation will be asked to check out.

If you do not check in by 3:00 AM or cannot be contacted, you will be considered a no-show.
Lost items will be held for one month. Please note that items will be disposed of if we do not hear from you within one month.
Minors and guests who fail to present valid identification will not be permitted to check in (no refunds). If discovered, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
If a guest is confirmed to be a minor (including same-sex minors; check-in is not permitted without a verified parental consent form), no refund will be issued due to the no-cancellation policy on the day of check-in.
As we offer various room types, the room design may differ slightly from the photos.
Room changes are not permitted for any reason one hour or more after check-in, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued as a result.
Guests accompanied by pets will be denied entry, and no refunds will be issued.
If the number of guests exceeds the standard of 2 per room, an additional fee of 10,000 won per person per day will apply (prepayment required—cannot be paid upon checkout), and payment can be made at the front desk.
An additional fee applies for consecutive nights. The fee is 10,000 won on weekdays (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu) and 20,000 won on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun), public holidays, and during peak season.
One parking space is included per room; an additional fee applies for each extra vehicle, payable at the front desk.

Children aged 6 and older are subject to an additional fee. Children under 6 and infants are also subject to an additional fee if there are two or more guests in the room (same rate as adults).
An additional fee of 5,000 won applies for extra bedding, which must be paid at the front desk. Extra blankets cannot be provided after midnight, so please request them in advance.
If you lose your room key, you must pay a 30,000 won fee at the front desk; if the fire door key cylinder needs to be replaced, an additional 60,000 won fee applies.
