There are two bathrooms, a loft layout, a large room, and two TVs—a very unique room. Also, one parking space per room, and the location is within walking distance to Hwangridan-gil, which is great. The downsides are that there is almost no refrigerator, and because the room is large and high, you can't catch mosquitoes if there are any. Anyway, even though it was a Friday night, the price was very reasonable, so I was happy.
I slept comfortably.
The owner was kind and the room was spacious and clean, so I liked it. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is a good location for walking to Daereungwon and Hwangridan-gil. I had a nice rest.

The parking lot is spacious and Hwangridan-gil is close by!
They even upgraded us to a larger room, so we were able to rest comfortably in a really big room. Nothing was lacking, the location is close to Hwangridan-gil, the price was good, and we really enjoyed our stay.
The owner was kind, but there was mold and the blanket made me itchy. I don't think I'll go a second time.
