All rooms are operated as double occupancy.

Once the initial two guests check in, no other guests may use the room (relay-style use, where guests take turns using the room, is prohibited).

Example: It is prohibited for one guest to check out after two guests have checked in, followed by a new guest checking in.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons and on specific dates.

Minors are prohibited from using this facility or sharing a room.

Our hotel strictly prohibits rooms shared by three people.

Examples: 2 men + 1 woman (not allowed), 1 man + 2 women (not allowed), 2 men + 2 women (not allowed)

If three people check in as a mixed-gender group without prior confirmation from the hotel, you will be subject to immediate eviction.

The hotel may request identification, and entry may be denied if you do not present it.

No refunds or reservation cancellations will be permitted for this reason.

If you lose your room key, a fee of 10,000 won will be charged.

Lost items found after check-out will be held for up to one week; the hotel assumes no responsibility whatsoever

for lost items not claimed within this period.
