▶Reservation times are designated in 1-hour increments. (We will call you 40 minutes before check-out.)

▶Smoking and non-smoking rooms are separated. (If you prefer a non-smoking room, please call the hotel and we will do our best to accommodate you.)

▶All rooms have Netflix available (personal account), TV rewatch, free Wi-Fi, and phone chargers.

▶Plenty of mineral water and unlimited Americano coffee provided.

▶ All rooms are based on 2 people per room. (For penthouse, additional person is 20,000 KRW. Equipped with an induction cooker and simple kitchenware. Not available for app reservations, reservations can be made via phone with on-site payment or bank transfer.)

▶No entry for minors.

Due to many recent attempts by minors to check in, we are strictly checking IDs.

We ask for your understanding, even if it is inconvenient. (No refund if denied check-in due to being a minor. You must bring your ID; no entry without ID.)

▶Rooms are randomly assigned for app reservations. Room selection is not possible.

Same-day reservations are Non-refundable.

For Day Use early check-in, usage is based on the check-in time.

For late check-in, check out at the reserved closing time.

Only one vehicle is allowed per room.

Parking is not available for extra-large vehicles such as Escalades, Starex, trucks, or vehicles with rooftop carriers.

All vehicles will be parked according to the check-in time. (Fees will be incurred for early parking.)

Parking is not available for heavy vehicles (over 2.4t) among electric cars, vans, and SUVs such as G-Wagen, X7, X6, Mohave, etc.

Parking is not available for ultra-luxury vehicles (Bentley, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, etc.). @Parking not available if ground parking is full@
