Guests under the age of 19 are strictly prohibited from checking in, regardless of whether they are sharing a room with someone of the opposite sex (ID check required).

Additionally, guests without valid ID will not be permitted to check in, and no refunds will be issued.

No refunds or room changes will be granted if you exceed the 10-minute check-in time limit or if you have touched any in-room facilities or bedding.

The interior design varies slightly from room to room and may differ from the photos.

We are not responsible for items lost due to guest negligence, so please keep your belongings secure.

Guests with “walk-in only” reservations are not permitted to bring vehicles, and parking is not available.

Each room is equipped with soap, toothpaste, a toothbrush, cleansing cream, and a razor.

Although a computer is installed in the room, it can only be used for internet searches; gaming is not permitted.

You can watch TV by logging in to your personal account via the computer, which is connected to the TV.

After 2:00 a.m., staff are resting or sleeping, so calls may not be answered. We would appreciate it if you could check in before 2:00 a.m. whenever possible.

For extended stays, only direct payment is accepted, and

we charge an additional 10,000 won on top of the room rate.

A coffee machine, microwave, and water purifier are available at the front desk.

The pet room does not provide any dog supplies, so please bring your own. Only small dogs weighing less than 5 kg are allowed, and only one dog is permitted.
