The unmanned convenience store operates 24 hours a day.

There is no breakfast on Monday mornings. If a breakfast package reservation is opened due to an error and you have made a reservation, the breakfast fee will be refunded. Thank you.

All rooms, including guest rooms, are non-smoking. (If hotel property is damaged due to smoking, a fine of ₩100,000 will be imposed.)

All room keys must be returned upon checkout. (A fine of ₩25,000 will be imposed per lost room key.)

Cooking is only allowed in designated rooms, and pets are not allowed. (Service animals are permitted.)

Excessive drinking and disruptive behavior in the room may result in immediate eviction.

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of customer belongings that occur within the hotel. (Cash-on-delivery for packages is also not available.)

All room rates are based on double occupancy. (An additional 10,000 KRW per person will be charged for extra guests; if there are more than 2 guests, an additional room must be booked.) The rate is based on 1 person for those 36 months and older.

Early check-in or late check-out incurs an additional charge of 10,000 KRW per hour.
