It was unmanned and the facilities were nice ^^
The first floor has been updated to be more comfortable and prettier, so I feel better when I go in! I always use it. The best~~
Self check-in/out was convenient and nice. But the shower gown... usually they provide it laundered and in plastic, but it was just hanging on a hanger so it felt a bit unsanitary. Also the gown was so small that an adult man probably couldn't fit in it :( Other than that, the TV was big, OTT worked well, the water pressure was good, and the room wasn't cramped, so it was fine haha
The soft bed was comfortable; I slept well.
It was clean and the facilities are good. I recommend it.
There were issues with disposable items and a kiosk error at check-in, which was a bit troublesome, but they handled it well over the phone, so I was pleased.

It was clean and nice. However, since we booked for three people, I paid an extra fee and contacted them about needed items, but there was no callback and they contacted us in the morning while we were sleeping, which was a bit disappointing.

All rooms feature OTT streaming (Netflix, Disney, Watcha, TVING, Apple TV)
Mattresses have been replaced in all rooms.
We have installed a Han River Ramen vending machine in the lobby.
Coffee and toast are provided free of charge at the snack bar.
Rooms are based on double occupancy (2 guests per room).

Twin rooms accommodate up to 3 guests (based on 2 guests); an additional 20,000 won applies for 3 guests.
We have ample parking space; please contact the hotel for parking inquiries.
