I had a good rest and am leaving.

I had a good stay.

It was clean and nice, and the location was especially good.

Check-in was extremely delayed, all the facilities are old and dirty, the room lock is broken, the floor is so filthy you cannot even walk on it barefoot, the grandmother at the front desk was so unfriendly I wondered what she was upset about, and the grandfather would not answer when spoken to and behaved oddly and strangely... It is nothing more than the motel version of the drama "Strangers from Hell." If you plan to sleep here, you would be far better off sleeping at a jjimjilbang — in terms of cost, hygiene, and safety it would be about ten times better.

Check-in was at 18:00 so I went around 18:10 or 18:20, but there was no one. They told me to use the self check-in kiosk, but it didn't work. There were 3 or 4 parties with reservations waiting, but the older woman staff just forcefully told us to write in the ledger and, when things didn't work, rambled on about this and that and didn't listen to anyone — she should not be in a service job. Just the worst. The cleaning was a mess, half of the remote didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, the cosmetics fridge didn't work — it's just a place where you can only sleep. One latex mattress was good. This place is no good.

There were hairs on the unused bathroom and bed, and the glass sliding bathroom door rattled as if it would break every time it opened and closed. The bathroom sink is made of a red stone and the edge is chipped so it looked dangerous. The cup left by the sink for brushing teeth was cracked as if it would break if touched, and when I filled the bathtub water, black powder came out of a silver hole next to the tub. When I tried to drain the water, a clump of someone's hair was blocking the drain so the water wouldn't go down well. There was also an empty medicine packet someone had eaten and thrown away under the table. But because it's hard to find a place in Gangnam with parking for an SUV at this price, I still gave it 3 stars.

I only recommend this to people who want to pay a lot and get stressed. We booked a twin room with a 6:00 check-in, but we were let in at 7:10. The person in charge was an elderly person who gave no explanation for the delayed check-in and didn't even apologize. She told us to contact the Yanolja app because we didn't know... lol. Even more absurd, we booked a twin room but were given a different room because 'there was a problem with the room' lol. It was a loft and the hygiene was terrible — covered in hair — and the bottled water in the second-floor fridge was six months past its expiration date. Also, there were women's eyelashes in the bathroom sink that almost made me vomit. I've used the Yanolja app for years and this is my first time leaving a review.

I had a very pleasant stay.

Really the worst How can you operate with rooms like this? Owner Please remodel if at all possible.
