If you book two rooms, you cannot share one room.

Rooms cannot accommodate three or more people of mixed genders (male-male-female, female-female-male, or infants and children).

If any of the above situations occur, you will be asked to check out immediately,

and no refunds will be issued.

Minors are not permitted to stay.

Cancellations or refunds are not available

for check-in refusals resulting from reservations involving minors staying together.

Please visit the front desk on your reservation date and provide the name of the person who made the reservation.

Please note that there may be a delay in preparing your room after your reservation is confirmed.

Check-in may be delayed only for guests who have made their reservation less than 30 minutes ago.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, check-in after the designated time, or after actual check-in: No refunds will be issued.

Reservations made within 1 hour of completion can be canceled directly or through the Customer Service Center.

Mechanical parking at the 1st-floor entrance; accommodates domestic vehicles up to the Grandeur class

Large sedans, electric vehicles, Genesis models, imported cars, SUVs, RVs, compact SUVs, Ray, etc.

Compact vehicles with high ground clearance cannot park here.

Stinger vehicles with low ground clearance cannot park here.

Reservations cannot be canceled due to parking issues.

One parking space is provided per room. Additional fees apply for extra vehicles.

Additional parking fees may apply if you exit and re-enter the parking lot after parking your vehicle.
