For guests exceeding the standard occupancy, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person applies for guests aged 10 and older (guests aged 9 and under stay free of charge)

A total of 5 parking facilities are available.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room.

If the hotel parking lot is full, please use the external paid parking lot.

(Parking fees may be reimbursed for the period between check-in and check-out when using the paid parking lot; reimbursement is not available for other times.)

Please note that there are no front desk staff on duty during these hours, so please use the self-service kiosk for check-in.

Kiosk check-in is available starting 10 minutes before your scheduled check-in time. Please be aware that check-in may be restricted before the designated check-in time.

Water dispensers, bottled water refrigerators, and coffee machines in the first-floor lobby are available for free 24 hours a day.

Self-check-in kiosks are available.

Luggage storage service is provided during front desk operating hours.

Minors unaccompanied by a guardian are not permitted to stay (cancellations or refunds are not available if check-in is refused).

Mixed-gender groups of three or more are not permitted, except for families

An additional fee applies for early check-in

All rooms are non-smoking (smoking in the room will result in a fine and cleaning fees)

Parties, excessive drinking, and noise are prohibited (violations will result in immediate eviction with no refund)

Use for purposes other than lodging is prohibited (prior inquiry is required for commercial photography or events).

Damage to or theft of key cards or room amenities will result in compensation or legal liability.

Dogs and all other pets are not permitted.

OTT services are available (requires login with a personal account).
