Minors are not allowed based on legal standards. Entry is not permitted even with a guardian. Minors of the same gender are also not allowed.

If ID verification is requested, entry will be denied without it (Cancellation/Refund not possible), so we ask for your understanding.

(Photos of ID are not accepted) Only physical ID cards, physical passports, and physical driver's licenses are accepted.

Entry may be restricted due to the absence of an ID at check-in, and refunds will not be provided for such cases.

Check-in time and rates are subject to change based on hotel circumstances.

Cancellations and refunds on the day of use are non-refundable.

Gray is not responsible for lost items.

Lost items will be stored for one week from the date of retrieval.

(Lost items beyond this period will be disposed of).

Attaching balloons, decorations, etc., inside the room is strictly prohibited.

(A fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged for popped balloons).

Compensation will be charged for damage to walls, sofas, floors, or contamination with foreign substances.

For fire prevention, the use of open flames and candles is prohibited.

A fee will be charged for lost room keys, so please leave them at the front desk when you go out. (Room key reissuance fee: 30,000 KRW).

Please be advised that penalties will be incurred for damage to in-room facilities (including linens) during your stay. Dyeing is prohibited.

Gray is not responsible for accidents caused by customer negligence.

Room numbers and designs are assigned randomly based on hotel operating conditions.

Additional charges may be automatically applied for exceeding the check-out time.

The rates are based on 2 people per room, and exceeding the maximum occupancy is not allowed.

(No entry allowed for persons other than the initial registered guests.)

Bathing agents are prohibited in the bathtub. (Costs will be charged if staining occurs.)

No animals or plants are allowed in the room.

No kickboards or bicycles are allowed in the room.

If any of the above is discovered, a fine will be charged, and immediate eviction will be enforced without refund.

Amenities must be purchased from the vending machine at the hotel.

In case of theft, damage, or contamination of any provided item, compensation for damages and cleaning fees may be charged.

Smoking will incur a fine.

Rates may vary during peak season, specific dates, and public holidays (including the day before).

After 12:00 AM, for the consideration of all guests,

please be mindful of noise.
