Cancellation/refunds due to denied entry for underage mixed-gender bookings are not possible.

For rooms that allow additional guests, an extra charge of KRW 20,000 per person applies (for guests aged 12 and over).

Even for special rooms with a maximum occupancy of more than 2 people, mixed groups of 3 or more people are not permitted, except for family units.

According to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, money and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for money or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

Please leave your card key at the front desk when going out; a fee may be charged if lost.

Excessive noise due to drinking or loud behavior may result in eviction, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Damage to or theft of room property may result in criminal charges.

Dogs and all other pets are not allowed.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation; please inquire in advance for commercial video shoots.
