⛪ Guest Occupancy Information

All rooms, except for Premium Twin (max 3 people) and Family Suite (max 4 people), can accommodate up to 2 people. Group mixed-gender occupancy of 3 or more adults is prohibited. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded without permission, guests will be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund will be provided for the room fee. (However, for Premium Twin and Family Suite rooms, an additional charge of 10,000 KRW per person will apply for extra guests.)

· The room images you saw during booking are representative images, and the actual layout and interior of the assigned room may differ. Please note that accurate room assignments will be provided at check-in.

· Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation, and prior inquiry is required for commercial video shooting.

⛪ ID Verification Information

· To prevent minors from checking in and to prevent incidents, we verify the identification of all guests, including companions.

Due to the Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources, amenities cannot be provided free of charge from March 29th. Please prepare your own or purchase them from the amenity vending machine in the store.

If you need additional quantities beyond what is prepared in the room or require rented items, you can use the self-amenity bar on the 1st floor.

Rented items: curling iron, wired phone charger, opener. Please return them after use.

For hygiene management, our hotel does not provide coffee pots in the rooms. Please use the hot and cold water dispensers located in the service room on each floor.

· As part of our green campaign to protect the environment, for consecutive stays of up to 3 nights, we only provide amenity refills and light tidying, excluding linen changes.

· For reservations of 4 nights or more, room cleaning including linen changes is provided free of charge every other day. If you do not require cleaning, please inform the front desk in advance.

⛪ Compensation for Damage and Loss in Rooms Information

· All fixtures and fittings in the hotel are equipped with an anti-theft system.

· For fire prevention and a comfortable room condition, cooking, candle use, dyeing, and throwing objects in the room are prohibited.

· Room slippers and gowns can only be used inside the room.

· In case of damage to room fixtures, fittings, or linen, forced eviction may occur without refund, and compensation for damages will be charged. Please be aware of this.

· A 30,000 won damage fee will be charged if you lose your room key. Please take care not to lose it.
